5. Data & Content Ownership

• Users retain full ownership of all business and customer data.
• Bugfixers Ltd. may process data solely to deliver the Service.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their data.

6. Privacy & Security

• User data is handled according to the Dokandar Privacy Policy.
• Reasonable security measures are implemented.
• Absolute data security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Third-Party Integrations

• Dokandar may integrate with third-party services (payment, SMS, logistics, etc.).
• Bugfixers Ltd. is not responsible for third-party service issues or fees.
• Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

8. Service Availability

• Dokandar is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
• Bugfixers Ltd. is not liable for downtime or business interruption.

9. Intellectual Property

• All Dokandar software, branding, and documentation are owned by Bugfixers Ltd.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

10. Termination

• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, access to data may be restricted or removed as permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Bugfixers Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

13. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
